Doing logistic and freight arrangement is a very interesting experience. Gaining new knowledge & experience. Knowing new competence people and vendor. I feel great to mix up with these people. 

Dealing with forwarder, Custom and customer... its such a challenging experiences.

Among documents needed for importation process as follows:

1) Commercial Invoice for the goods

Commercial Invoice is a Custom Document. It is used as a custom declaration provided by the person or corporation that is exporting an item across international border.

2) Packing List for the goods

Is a shipping documents that accompanies delivery packages.

3) Import Licence

Is an administrative procedures requiring the submission of an application or other documentation to the relevant administrative body as a prior condition for importation  of goods. 

4) Bill of Lading (BoL)/Air Waybill (AWB)

AWB - Is a transport document, which is use in airport-to-airport air shipments.
BoL - Is a generic names of transport document, which are generally used in port-to-port sea shipments

5) Insurance of Certificate

Is a document used to provide information on specific insurance coverage.

6) Purchase Order (PO)/Letter of Credit (LC)

LC - is a letter from a bank guaranteeing that a buyer's payment to a seller will be received on time and for a correct amount. In the event that the buyer is unable to make payment on the purchase, the bank is required to cover the full or remaining amount of the purchase.

PO - is a commercial document and first official offer issued by a buyer to seller.
